Inquiry is a step beyond student learn skills, such as observing, inferring, and experimenting      Student's understanding aind sills are grounded in the experience of in quriry, and inquiry is the foundation for development of understanding's and abilities of other content standards .  Inquiry assists in develpment of understanding of scientific concepts ,  helps student " know how we know" in science
